A Hermès custom-designed Rolls-Royce Phantom is providing high-style transportation to guests at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. While the body of the Phantom, commissioned by the hotel, was being built in England, 39 interior parts were sent to Hermès in France, where the steering wheel and passenger console were among items covered in Hermès gold Taurillon Plume calfskin. An additional touch to the Rolls-Royce, should the night sky be difficult to see in the City of Lights, is a canopy of 800 lights shining like stars on the roof liner. The Phantom can be reserved for airport pickup (about $1,000 based on exchange rate) or for all-day use (about $5,000).
